- For cleaning draft beer systems, we use an electric circulating pump, as well as brewery approved chemicals to achieve effective, complete cleaning of the entire draft system from Keg to Faucet. All gaskets, washers, and gas pressures are also checked during each visit.
Draft System Services:
- Draft System Line Cleaning – Proper draft system maintenance is a crucial part of selling and serving draft beer. Routine cleaning of draft beer systems is a must, in order to prevent the build up of bacteria, yeast, mold and calcium. Although these are harmless, any of these can cause bad taste, poor smell, floating particles in beer, and bad system performance. It is important to maintain clean beer lines, faucets, couplers etc. Cleaning should be performed at least once every two weeks, as the local health departments recommend. If these are not cleaned, bacteria, mold and yeast will grow and you will have calcium build up in your system in one to two weeks.
- Draft System Problem Solving/Service/ Repair – Diamond Draft Systems can resolve issues with foamy draft beer and gas leaks, (the two most common system problems) and also provides service and repair of glycol systems, power packs and gas regulators.
- Draft System Design and Installation – Brand new systems or upgrading of current systems. We can help. We sell a complete line of draft beer dispensing equipment. Diamond Draft Systems can help with the design and will install brand new draft systems including coolers, towers, all draft beer components. We can also add additional draft lines to your current draft beer system.
- Home Draft System Cleaning & Installations – Home draft beer systems are a great way to enjoy brewery fresh draft beer in your personal setting or entertainment area. We provide coolers and kegorators for that perfect set up. Got a frig in the garage or man cave? We can retrofit that for you as well. We also provide monthly cleanings and service of home draft systems as well as our retail clients.
